Tonight Nolan and I went to Mrs. Cindy Acton's house for a baby shower for Lizzy. She's scheduled to have little Isabel on December 31st and we are so excited she's having a girl!

Down in Louisiana
We spent the weekend in Louisiana visiting with my family and going to a wedding of a friend I grew up with. Nolan spent Saturday night with my parents and sister and had a little early Halloween get together in my sister's neighborhood. Nolan was a monkey for about 10 mins. My family said he didn't like being in the monkey costume!

Lunch with Sara
Today I took Nolan with me to Taziki's for lunch - my favorite place for quick Greek food, and we met up with my friend Sara. She recently had a bone marrow transplant in May and is doing Awesome - Praise God :)She lives in Atlanta but often comes to Birmingham for work. This was Nolan's first time to meet Sara.

Nolan's 1st Football Game
This past weekend Eric and I traveled to Hattiesburg for the Southern Miss Homecoming game. We decided to bring Nolan along, who is only 10 weeks old. We very quickly realized he's a little too small for tailgating and being outside all day. Our day was cut short 2 hours before the game began because Nolan was fussy and a bit warm. We'll try it again next year when he's walking!!
